"It is located on the 2/F. If you have big luggage, you will be tired to move the luggage to the apartment. The kettle is dirty. The tap in the bath room do not function well. Though fans are provided, it is very hot in summer in the apartment."

"Amazing location, it is in the middle of old town Nice and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The beach is also not far. Something that was exceptional was the speed of the wifi. It is not often that hotels or apartments have such good wifi. Also, getting the keys was very easy. They have great instructions and even provide a video the day prior. The apartment is big enough and has a very nice vibe, and everything is clean. Another bonus point is that they have a washing machine, a dishwasher and an oven. We didn't use them, but it all looked very functional. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this location again if we ever come back to Nice."

"At night you could hear a bit of the outside because the window leading to the street is definitely not soundproof. If you're a light sleeper I recommend bringing earplugs. I used some and I had no problem sleeping. One last thing, there's only one blanket per bed. Some people prefer sleeping with separate blankets so it would be nice to keep an extra one in the apartment so it can be used. Btw. Ceiling upstairs is a bit low but in my opinion not a problem."

"I had to take out my own trash. Having to maneuver getting my bags out of the unit down two flights of stairs, plus needing to return the key to the lock box and find a place to discard the trash made leaving a bit more difficult that I would have liked."

"Sehr zentral gelegen, leider nicht klimatisiert, mit Ventilatoren die vor Ort sind aber machbar. Wir konnten viel früher einchecken- das war sehr entgegenkommend. Es war nicht ganz so sauber wie man es sich wünscht aber das hatte laut Eigentümer mit unserer verfrühten Anreisemöglichkeit zu tun. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns wohl gefühlt."
